How to make it happen?
We build the digital solution for you. Following an agile approach and leveraging the Microsoft stack (including .net and Azure) we deliver the innovation through a series of 2 week sprints, which provides you regular progress updates and input. The duration of the build will depend upon the scale of development, and will typically range from 4 to 20 weeks.
Outline
The priority for developing Innovation solutions is to deliver the minimum viable proposition as quickly as possible. This gives the innovation team the chance to test and refine the proposition, and the ability to start the marketing communications / stakeholder engagement as required.
We work with you to prioritise the development, leveraging the clickable prototype to set the requirements. In the 2 weekly sprint reviews, we confirm the priorities for the subsequent phases - providing you flexibility through the development cycle.
It's not unusual for copy, animations and videos to become critical path items. We can support their production in this phase. Equally, there may well be a need for domain knowledge that is to be codified as part of the solution. We can help with this with our Insight engagement.

Process
The Implementation process is based on 2 week sprints at the end of which there is an update session with the Client. Weekly updates are also provided to sustain communication and momentum with the Innovation team.
The timelines for any content to be sourced from the Innovation team are agreed at the outset and progress is reviewed in the fortnightly sprint review sessions.
Methodology
Architecture
We use develop the architecture as the initial deliverable. By default we work with Microsoft technologies.
Prioritisation
We use a kanban to manage the workload, prioritisation, sprint structure and to support estimations.
Sprint reviews
We carry out regular sprint reviews where progress is demonstrated, opportunities and priorities are explored, and any scope changes are agreed.
Testing
We develop and share a set of user acceptance tests that are reviewed at each sprint review
Content generation
A content schedule is developed at the start of the phase of work, highlighting ownership, timescales and dependencies.

Password protected access to solution - allowing review from anywhere with Internet access.
